Our Story
My grandfather, Apell Baldwin, was a farmer in Etter, Texas, a tiny town in the panhandle. He worked the land and loved to cook. In his life, he perfected Baldwin's Blend, a delicious dry rub that can be used on beef, chicken, pork, fish, and vegetables. This recipe was passed down, unchanged, for 3 generations and has ended up with me, his granddaughter. We're excited to share it with you!
